Why is Ai WebSolutions hosting so affordable?
- The primary cost a hosting provider incurs is from the need to have state of the art and frequently updated network/infrastructure. Ai WebSolutions leverages this cost by maintaining a VPS (Virtual Private Server) in an already existing state of the art 3rd party data center. The infrastructure is already in place for us to use and the network already exists so we do not have to build it ourselves. (Learn more about our network) This reduces our costs to fraction of what larger companies incur to provide their services. Because of the low costs for our network, we in turn pass the savings on to you!

What steps do I need to take to host my website with your company?
- The first step you need to take is to decide on a domain name. If you already have one you're halfway there! Once you have obtained a domain name, you must be sure to pick a hosting plan that provides the features your website will require. When you have chosen the plan you need then simply fill out the online order form.

How long does it take to design a website?
- We've found it takes on average 3-4 weeks. Why? Each new website goes through several phases. the first phase is a meeting with you to discuss what you're looking for on your new website. Once we determine the scope we need to get custom contact from you such as images, documents, and custom text. This timeframe can be shortened or lengthened depending upon how quickly we are able to get content from you and how quickly we can communicate.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
- No we do not have a money back guarantee. We are confident of what we offer you and don't feel we need gimmicks to attract new customers. Our customers stay with us because of the service and support they receive. We are dedicated to your satisfaction.

Do you show any sort of ads on my pages?
- No, we do not show any sort of ads whatsoever on your pages. You are in complete control ofthe content on your pages.

How do I transfer my existing domain name?
- It is very simple. Just tell us your existing domain name, and we'll take care of the rest. Or if you don't want us to be the authorative provider of your domain, then have your domain name point to our nameservers. You can simply change DNS setting of your domain. DNS information is provided within the Ai WebSolutions welcome letter.

Will Ai WebSolutions host international sites and other types of domain names besides .com, .org, and .net?
- Yes we will! We may not offer services to reserve certain domain names through our services. However any domain name that can be reserved can be hosted by us.

How do I get my files transferred to your server?
- If you've chosen our AdvanTage +Plus plan we already do monthly updates for you; however, if you do your own updates, you will need an .FTP program. Most web editors like Frontpage or Dreamveaver have an FTP client already built in. All you need to do is update the file you'd like updated locally, and then update those changes to the web. How do you bill?
- Our clients have the option of being billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. There are no contracts to sign. You will receive a statement outlining the charges you incured for that month, quarter, or year. We can also send you a hard copy of soft-copy of your invoice in .PDF format to reduce paper use and postage. We also may offer incentives in the form of discounts for service paid in advance for an entire year.

What forms of payment does Ai WebSolutions accept?
- Ai WebSolutions accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) PayPal payments will be accepted from VERIFIED members only. We also accept mailed check payments. Payments must be received before website design work is started ot hosting service is initiated.

Do the web hosting fees include the cost of my domain name?
- No, domain registration fees are separate from hosting fees. Our yearly domain registration fee is $20 per domain name. You are responsible for fees associated with domain name registration. If you choose not to have Ai WebSolutions reserve your name, you use any registrar you like.

Ok, I've submitted a free assessment, now what?
- Once you have completed your request and you've provided enough details we will start our assessment. We'll meet with you about your site to find out what content you're looking for. You'll be responsible for providing content to us, pictures, and anything you would like to see on your site. This whole process will move as fast and you can give us content for your site. It can happen quickly and slow at your own pace. Once activated you will receive your welcome email with all the info you need to get started including DNS information. If you have not received your welcome email within 48 hours of signup, please contact us at support@aiwebsolutions.com and we will gladly assist you.

What does DNS do? Why is it important?
- DNS is stands for Domain Name Server. This is important because this information tells the individuals browser who is accessing your page which servers in the world to pull it's files from.
